In TestWise 1.8.2, we introduced an anti-virus friendly way (please assure, TestWise is virus free, please see the previous post) to start up the application. However, it has a drawback: no busy cursor shown after double clicking the TestWise shortcut.

Given very small percentage of TestWise users reported false virus alarms, we brought back the original way in v1.8.3. To enable it, after installation, right click ‘TestWise Shortcut’

Change the value in ‘Target:’ field,

‘launch.bat’ to ‘testwise.exe’,

Then click ‘Apply’. Now you should find TestWise is starting normally.
